	New Prabhat Tara - Unit Linked Child Benefit Plan This plan is intended to provide risk cover on the life of parent to help them secure the future needs of children, which may shatter in event of unfortunate death of parent/s. This is a triple benefit plan which accumulates the contribution made by the policy holder till his/her child reaches 25 years of age. Some of the features of the plan include (i) Sum assured on death of policyholder (ii) Waiver of future premium and payment of premiums by company to allow the fund grow as intended by parents (iii) payment of 1% of sum assured every month, subject to terms of the policy. The plan has additional rider benefits – Accidental death benefit & permanent disability and Critical illness riders. The premium paying term under this plan equals 18 minus age of the child at the commencement whereas policy term stands at higher of 8 years or 18 minus age of the child at the commencement of policy. The plan has attractive guaranteed additions for the policies with term 15 years and above.
